VISION STATEMENT

The Vision of the New Jersey Breastfeeding Task Force, Inc. is for:

• every woman who initiates breastfeeding or provides human milk to have all the resources necessary to meet her goals
• every hospital and health care practitioner to provide evidence-based and culturally sensitive breastfeeding education and
• residents of the State to recognize breastfeeding as the standard for infant feeding.

MISSION STATEMENT

The New Jersey Breastfeeding Task Force, Inc. is a collaboration of health professionals and community representatives whose mission is to identify and reduce medical, social and economic barriers to breastfeeding in New Jersey through education and outreach.
